1. Who we are

Tatsuniya Systems Limited (“Tatsuniya Systems”, “we”, “us”) is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with registration number RC 9750197. Our registered office is 411 Road C Close, Gowon Estate, Egbeda, Lagos State, Nigeria.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This notice is issued in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA).

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and keep the site running.

  • Information you send us. When you use a contact or sign-up form, or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, any organisation you give, and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and to keep the service available.
  • Fonts served by a third party. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers, which receives your IP address and user-agent. We do not control or receive that data.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal data under any circumstances.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer enquiries — on the basis of your consent, or because processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To send development updates where you asked for them — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To secure and maintain the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe, functioning service.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations — including record-keeping duties under Nigerian company and tax law.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions — for example our website host, email provider and form-handling service — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services. We require each of them to protect the data and to use it for no other purpose.

We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, a court, or a competent regulator.

5. Transfers outside Nigeria

Some of our providers operate servers outside Nigeria. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with the NDPA, including relying on adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards with the recipient.

6. How long we keep it

Anything submitted through a form on this website is stored for 24 months from the date we receive it and is then deleted automatically. Where an enquiry becomes an ongoing contract, or where a longer period is required by law, the relevant records are kept separately for as long as that requires. Server logs are retained for a short operational period by our host.

7. Your rights

Under the NDPA you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete data where we no longer have grounds to keep it;
  • restrict or object to how we are processing it;
  • provide your data in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, email support@battleverserpg.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people in the company who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the company and its services develop. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
